The Team


Our yoga program is grounded in the practice and teachings of the Sivananda School of Yoga.  Swami Sivananda developed this form of yoga as a union for personal development.  His approach is based in tradational yogic teachings in conjunction with modern physical and mental health sciences.  Our studio's intention: to "grow" a vibriant community that supports a safe, nurturing environment for the exploration of the self through asana practice and meditation.  


Ananda ~ Founder/Owner- Fitness/Yoga/Nidra Meditation Educator

I believe if you are breathing, moving and smiling, it's yoga! Acknowledging this acient Indian practice, I love and enjoy sharing YOGA'S benefits with my students.  In my classes you will find all three elements of YOGA! Pranayama, asana and meditation.  Seamlessly blended with modern fitness trends, I aim to create an exciting experience.  Come join me in a class... you will leave rejuvinated... mind,body and spririt...  

Johnathan ~ Finance

Alison ~ Public Relations
